With this system, companies can reuse all bituminous waste generated daily within their production processes or during roof refurbishment, producing high-quality waterproofing membranes that meet first-grade standards. The process involves grinding offcuts or whole rolls of membranes or bituminous shingles into granules, and these are then reintroduced into the compound preparation according to the specific formulation.
To achieve even higher product performance and optimise raw material use, Euroline has integrated two machines into the system that refine the compound, removing impurities and producing a flawless bituminous membrane. The near absence of impurities also extends the service life of the industrial production line, drastically reducing maintenance and downtime.
