environmental sustainability.
The machinery that we conceived, designed, developed and patented allows us to have, with low energy costs and thus reduced environmental impact, recycled material to for reuse in the production cycle with appropriate machinery in different sectors where it’s still uses bitumen based products.
The materials processed with the machine are: bituminous, scraps of bituminous membranes, shingles based bitumen processing waste tiles bitumen based. This machine transforms the bituminous waste material into chips.

What material can be grind?

Waste can come in any form and may contain internal polymers and surface finishes such as:
- mineral/slate
- sand
- polyethylene
The granules produced are thin and recyclable, suitable for use in subsequent processes to create new bitumen-based products. The proportion of recycled granules added to the mixers depends on each manufacturer’s formulation.
